Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with community policies as defined by the Board
  • Develop and approve operational policies and procedures
  • Manage department managers
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board
  • Develop long-term and annual business plans
  • Oversee policies, programs, and processes, recommending improvements
  • Maintain high-quality services to maximize member satisfaction
  • Protect association assets
  • Engage with members for feedback and improvement
  • Collaborate with the Board on strategic planning

Secondary Duties:

  • Develop operational programs and regulations
  • Evaluate committee activities
  • Ensure purchasing policies are followed
  • Provide management and training support to staff
  • Promote a management philosophy for optimal results
  • Support internal controls
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Must have:

  • Florida CAM license
  • At least two years as an HOA property manager

Preferred:

  • CMCA or equivalent certification

Additional requirements include an associate degree or higher, excellent customer service and listening skills, proactive communication, and management experience in community associations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000, based on experience and education.
