Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with community policies as defined by the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and approve operational policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage department managers' work.
  • Lead the development of annual operating, cash, and capital budgets, and monitor adherence.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Develop long-range and annual business plans aligned with bylaws and policies.
  • Oversee the impact of policies and programs, recommending changes as needed.
  • Monitor quality of services and products to maximize member satisfaction.
  • Protect and secure all association assets.
  • Engage with members for feedback on association direction and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Board on strategic planning.
Secondary Duties
  • Develop operational programs and regulations consistent with policies.
  • Evaluate committee activities.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
  • Provide guidance and training to management staff.
  • Promote a management philosophy aligned with operational excellence.
  • Support internal controls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years as an onsite HOA property manager.
  • CMCA or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Customer service orientation; ability to serve clients daily.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs.
  • Proactive communication with clients, team members, and supervisors.
  • Management skills in budgeting, operations, and schedules.
