Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• 3+ years in commercial roofing; at least 2 years in service estimating.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, metal).
• Proficiency in estimating software (Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a service-focused commercial roofing environment.

Skills, Experience, And Knowledge Required

Education

• High School Diploma Required

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a service estimating role
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built‑up, metal)
• Proficiency in estimating software (Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a service‑focused commercial roofing environment

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more and perform physical tasks during roof inspections
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful Pre‑Employment Drug test
• Successful Background Check
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
• Use and operation of drones a Plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital proposal tools
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification Preferred
