Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Programmer in the Milwaukee area to develop and prove out programs for 3-4 axis lathes and multi-axis mills with live tooling. The role involves set up and proving out programs with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have 5+ years of CNC programming, CAM experience (GibbsCAM, MasterCAM or Partmaker), and SAP ERP familiarity. SolidWorks knowledge and Fanuc controller experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints and G codes.
• Proficient in CAM software (GibbsCAM, MasterCAM or Partmaker).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred.
• Proficient with Fanuc control systems and G/M codes.
• Modeling experience with SolidWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and prove out CNC programs for multi-axis machines.
• Develop efficient manufacturing processes for material removal.
• Set up and operate CNC machines as needed.
• Configure tools, fixtures, and programs for new jobs.
• Maintain tool crib inventory and ensure part dimensional control.
• Instruct operators on programming methods.
• Document setup sheets and tooling libraries.
• Coordinate with engineering and production on new products.
• Troubleshoot DNC system issues and ensure clean, safe workplaces.
