Job summary

Vicar's Landing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You will work closely with nurses to support daily living activities, document care in EMR, and help maintain a safe, dignified living environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, respect, and consistent quality care, with opportunities for growth within the Health Services team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification and CPR certification required.
• Ability to document care accurately in EMR per procedures.
• Able to lift and assist residents up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per individual care plans.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support activities of daily living and promote comfort and independence.
• Observe and document changes in residents' condition for the nursing team.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary environment per healthcare standards.
• Assist with meal service and other resident support activities.
