Responsibilities:

• Assisting with making reservations
• New member tours
• Help maintain clubhouse facilities and provide a level of hospitality to our residents, and exceed guest expectations
• Works closely with management and all staff to create a strong and effective team.
• Welcome residents to the clubhouse with a smile and high standards of service.
• Assist with housekeeping to maintain a pristine clubhouse appearance
• Help maintain smooth operation of the clubhouse facilities, infrastructure, services, and functions.
• Plus other work-related tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Previous experience assisting with customer billing and account issues, a plus.
  • Previous experience providing basic technology help desk support, a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external customers.
  • Bilingual language skills, a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Capability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer, and printer.
  • Constantly positions self to maintain files in file cabinets
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20lbs across office for various needs
  • Works in outdoor weather conditions while onsite at various communities.
  • Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or stairs.
