Job summary

Centuria seeks a Cloud Integration Engineer in Norman, OK to join the ROC support team. You will deploy, configure, and maintain integration components connecting ROC data pipelines to NWS enterprise cloud platforms such as HIVE and CIRRUS, focusing on real-time NEXRAD data flows.

The role requires 3+ years in AWS or similar cloud environments, IaC tooling, and strong Linux scripting. You will work onsite with cross-functional engineers to ensure reliable cloud-native interfaces and secure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years deploying and integrating systems in AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Experience with high-throughput data streaming/messaging (Kafka, MQTT, etc.).
• Proficient with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) for automated deployments.
• Strong Linux skills and scripting (Python or Bash).

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain ROC-side integration components and data delivery services.
• Build and maintain automated deployment scripts, templates, and pipelines using IaC.
• Configure ROC cloud connection points, access controls, and boundary interfaces.
• Monitor and optimize data ingestion and delivery throughput to NWS cloud ingress points.
• Draft interface control documents and integration test plans for reviews and milestones.
• Provide engineering support for API failures, data pipeline disruptions, or connection issues.
