ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Athletic Trainer/Personal Trainer/Physical Therapist Assistant to support our onsite services. You will perform ergonomics assessments, early intervention, job analysis, POET testing, and related duties while documenting progress and coordinating with clinicians.

Travel will be 75%+ of the weekly schedule; you will work independently, stand and drive for extended periods, and educate clients in injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited AT or PTA program.
• Current Kansas/Missouri AT or PTA license.
• Travel 75%+ of the weekly schedule.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
• Strong ability to stand and drive for extended periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic PC and EMR system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite services such as ergonomics, early intervention, job analysis, POET, drug testing, data entry, supply ordering, scheduling, reporting.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of a licensed clinician (PT/OT) with therapeutic exercises and functional training.
• Document care, patient progress, and communications in a timely manner.
• Maintain communication with employers, referral sources, and care team.
• Educate and motivate clients in injury prevention and workplace stretching.
• Support marketing efforts, community events, and therapy referrals.
• Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas.
