DelRicht Research in Gulfport, Mississippi, is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator who enjoys patient care and working closely with clinical teams. No prior research experience is required; we train on-site and value quick learners, confident communication, and adaptability.

You will ensure smooth patient visits, support recruitment and enrollment, and enter data accurately. The role offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus plan, with total compensation

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• B.S or B.A from any accredited university.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations.
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset.
• Comfort working onsite in Gulfport, Mississippi during core business hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
• Coffee drinkers preferred... tea drinkers accepted :)

Responsibilities

• Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations
• Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported with a strong focus on follow-through
• Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits
• Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
• Patients, physicians, and other stakeholders receive clear, timely communication
