Job summary

UCHealth UCHlth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins is seeking a part-time RN with a Bachelor's in Nursing and Colorado RN licensure to support orientation, continuing education, and professional development for clinical staff. You will collaborate with managers and staff to design curricula and assess learning needs, delivering programs on clinical competencies, policies, and regulatory requirements.

This onsite role requires critical thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s in Nursing and RN licensure in Colorado.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• BLS or CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross must be valid on start date.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers orientation, continuing education, and professional development for clinical staff.
• Collaborates with managers to assess learning needs and competencies.
• Designs curricula and learning activities for clinical competencies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentors and consults with staff on program development and professional development.
• Supports new staff orientation and education activities.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
