Job summary

Novir is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for OHS customers during vaccination clinics. This role is onsite in Centennial, CO, emphasizing relationship building and proactive communication to enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years in client relations or management and a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing. Responsibilities include client management and advocating for customer needs within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in client relations or management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of proactive customer support strategies and best practices.
• Experience in senior living, elder care, or long-term care is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clients at various stages of onboarding and service cycles.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Educate customers on Novir’s OHS process and best practices.
• Monitor account performance metrics and address issues proactively.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback.
