Job summary

Pentagon Technologies is seeking an experienced Protocol Auditor to support onsite gown-room operations in Chandler, AZ. You will cover nine gown rooms with twelve entry points, performing bag checks and ensuring adherence to Material Entry procedures and Backpack Guidelines.

Responsibilities include auditing processes, enforcing contamination controls, documenting policies, and providing weekly audit tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Bilingual abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews process procedures to understand the scope, requirements, and function of audits in the cleanroom space.
• Ensures service team members comply with guidelines regarding visible contamination (particles, dirt, and debris).
• Ensures service team members comply with housekeeping guidelines for the assigned area.
• Ensures service team members comply with gowning guidelines (no tears or writing on latex gloves).
• Performs bag checks and Material Entry auditing at designated gown room entry points.
• Provide weekly audit tracking for review and trend analysis.
• Coach personnel on proper gowning protocols prior to gown-room entry.
• Follow escalation procedures as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in pre-gown areas, spaces kept clear after use.
