Job summary

Pentagon Technologies is seeking an experienced Protocol Auditor to support on-site gown-room operations in Abilene, TX. The auditor will cover nine gown rooms with twelve entry points, perform bag checks, and ensure adherence to Material Entry Procedures and Backpack Guidelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing procedures, enforcing contamination and housekeeping rules, conducting audits at entry points, coaching staff, documenting controls, and delivering weekly audit trends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a protocol role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews process procedures to understand the scope, requirements, and function of audits in the cleanroom space.
• Ensures service team members comply with contamination guidelines (particles, dirt, debris).
• Ensures service team members follow housekeeping guidelines for the area.
• Ensures compliance with gowning procedures and material controls.
• Performs bag checks and Material Entry auditing at gown-room entry points.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in pre-gown areas.
• Coaches personnel on proper gowning protocols prior to gown-room entry.
• Follows escalation procedures and documents policies and controls.
• Provides weekly audit tracking for review and trend analysis.
