Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking Civil/Structural Designers for an onsite role in Kingsport, TN. You will contribute to complete design assignments, mentor junior drafters, and support field activities during startup and construction.

The position requires 4+ years of civil/structural drafting experience, an Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD, and strong knowledge of drafting standards. A relocation bonus may be offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industrial experience in civil/structural drafting and design.
• Familiarity with department design and drafting standards.
• Ability to estimate completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design civil/structural drawings under general supervision.
• Lead small team to deliver on commitments.
• Provide on-site support during startup and construction.
