GeoWorld is seeking a Civil/Structural Designer for a full-time position in Kingsport, Tennessee. This role involves performing complete designs for civil/structural assignments and providing guidance to junior draftspersons.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and an Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Computer-Aided Drafting are required. The position offers a competitive compensation package including benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industrial experience in civil/structural drafting and design.
• Ability to produce drawings for concrete and structural steel.
• Knowledge and application of company engineering design standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of complete design of civil/structural assignments.
• Assist in the design of larger and more complex civil/structural assignments.
• Check the accuracy and quality of drawings developed by drafters.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced personnel.
