Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Civil Engineer for a full-time, onsite role in Binghamton, New York. The position focuses on developing engineering plans for a wide range of civil projects while collaborating with project managers, engineers and clients throughout the design process.

The Civil Engineer will create CAD drawings, perform engineering calculations and analyses, prepare technical documentation and contribute to design reviews and project meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience REQUIRED.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD) REQUIRED.
• Ability to work onsite in Binghamton, NY REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Create engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Develop engineering plans for civil engineering projects.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses to ensure designs comply with regulations and standards.
• Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and clients to understand project requirements.
