You will verify subcontractors, manage materials and equipment, document progress, and coordinate with foremen to keep projects on schedule.

Formación

• Safety experience in civil construction projects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills expected.
• Ability to travel throughout the country (~30%).

Responsabilidades

• Attend pre-con for review of prints, scopes of work, paperwork, contracts, and job schedule with Project Manager & Estimator.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Verify we have contacted OU/PS and all other required entities that need project notification.
• Verify subcontractors have current prints, specs, and addenda before starting work.
• Assist with scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers and communicate with the foreman to ensure timely completion.
• Schedule rental equipment needed for delivery and pick-up.
• Verify correct materials are used by subcontractors per plans and specs.
• Ensure foreman records receipt of materials and matches packing slips to orders.
• Provide daily progress photos for documentation.
• Ensure adequate manpower and equipment on site.
• Implement changes in response to delays, weather, or site emergencies.
• Coordinate on-site manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Verify all work complies with plans, specs, and contracts.
• Ensure rented equipment is returned at project completion.
• Monitor cost control, job costing, and productivity; forecast needs.
