Qualifications

• 3+ years of field management experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read/interpret construction drawings, specs and reports.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Orient new workers to project safety requirements and site rules.
• Enforce daily company policies and conduct safety talks.
• Audit subcontractors for conformance to plans and specs.
• Track and document progress, manpower, deliveries, and inspections.
• Coordinate with trades and accompany inspectors on site visits.
