KMRG, LLC is seeking a CIF Support Specialist to assist the Pennsylvania Army National Guard's Central Issuing Facility at Fort Indiantown Gap. The role involves receiving, issuing, exchanging, and processing OCIE items, maintaining inventory records, and supporting warehouse operations.

You will use Word, Excel, and Outlook for routine administrative tasks, and you must be onsite 100% of hours. Prior CIF or OCIE experience is preferred. This is a full-time position based at Fort Indiantown Gap.

Competenze

• Experience in logistics, warehouse ops, or supply support.
• Knowledge of Army CIF, OCIE, records, and customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Receive, inspect, and store military clothing and equipment.
• Issue, exchange, and process returns of OCIE.
• Maintain inventory records and accountability.
• Organize, store, and handle equipment across warehouse areas.
• Document supply transactions and update records.
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist personnel with clothing and equipment transactions and questions.
• Follow Army supply procedures and safety practices.
• Use Word, Excel, and Outlook for admin tasks.
• Coordinate supply activities with colleagues.
