Job summary

TSR is seeking an Assistant/Associate Scientist for a leading pharmaceutical client in Seattle, WA, to support cell therapy product manufacturing. This hands-on role focuses on aseptic processing, biologic development, and process investigations within GMP facilities.

The ideal candidate will contribute to experiments, data analysis, and documentation while collaborating with analytical and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliant results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant science with hands-on biologic process development
• Experience in GMP/GLP laboratory environments and aseptic technique
• Strong technical writing skills with SOPs, protocols, and reports

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments in process development laboratories (aseptic processing, automated equipment)
• Summarize data and support analyses to draw conclusions
• Coordinate with analytical teams for timely sample and data delivery
• Support GMP-related investigations and regulatory compliance
• Develop and execute manufacturing process changes and improvements
• Author and maintain technical documentation (protocols, reports, SOPs)
• Support process comparability and validation studies, including planning and execution
• Assist in raw material impact assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines
• Maintain data integrity and quality per GMP/GLP procedures
