Job summary

SOKOL GxP Services is seeking an Assistant/Associate Scientist to support manufacturing process improvements and investigations. You will execute experiments in process development labs using aseptic techniques and automated equipment, summarize data, and assist in documentation and investigations.

Ideal candidates have a BS degree (or MS with relevant experience) in biological sciences and strong communication skills, with the ability to work onsite in Seattle and coordinate with analytical

Qualifications

• BS degree in Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related with 2+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 0+ years in biologic process/analytical development or manufacturing support.
• Hands-on aseptic technique or aseptic processing experience.
• GMP or GLP experience.
• Technical writing experience, including drafting SOPs, protocols, reports, or similar documentation.
• Ability to execute laboratory studies and summarize experimental data.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet deadlines; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments in process development laboratories using aseptic techniques and automated process equipment.
• Summarize and analyze experimental data to support process improvements and validation activities.
• Coordinate process samples with analytical teams and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support technical documentation and manufacturing investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
