Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of related experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical coding, abbreviations and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and manage communications for the case management team.
• Assist RN Case Managers with coordinating medical services to ensure high-quality care.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and member correspondence as needed.
• Triages calls and directs inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; ensure timely attendance and collaboration.
