Job summary

Heritage at Falmouth seeks a CNA/HHA-certified professional to supervise nursing and assist in planning and delivering resident care. You will administer medications, document care, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

A valid MA driver’s license and dependable transportation are required. The role involves providing direct care, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working a 24-hour-per-week rotating schedule including some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be certified CNA or HHA.
• CPR/AED certified.
• Heimlich certified.
• Basic computer, telephone and radio skills.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must possess a current MA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff providing resident care and coordinating shifts.
• Assists in planning resources to achieve service goals.
• Provides direct nursing care and administers medications.
• Documents care and reports per policy.
• Drives Heritage vehicle for errands as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
