Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a detail-oriented Card Fraud Support Staff for an onsite contract role in Fort Worth, Texas. You will perform data entry of disputed transactions into the Core System and Visa software, and handle general clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate has 45 WPM keyboarding, strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to think critically. Must pass pre-hire compliance checks and work onsite daily at our headquarters.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to identify potential issues.
• Must be able to pass pre-hire compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of disputed transactions into the Core System and Visa software.
• Handle general clerical tasks as assigned.
• Apply critical thinking to identify and question potential issues in information processed.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ensure reliability and punctuality in daily attendance at the AACU headquarters.
