Qualifications

• MSN degree from an accredited school.
• Massachusetts APRN licensure with prescriptive authority and DEA.
• Experience with adolescent/young adult populations.
• Current malpractice insurance.
• BLS for healthcare providers current.
• Ability to bill health insurance (credentialing).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and FERPA privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat student health problems per primary care protocols.
• Plan and present health education programming to promote campus wellness.
• Provide care within the Salem State University health services.
• Support culturally inclusive environment and quality improvement.
