Qualifications

• Strong customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging situations with guests or coworkers.
• Basic money handling and recordkeeping experience; attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently and work in variable outdoor conditions.

Responsabilités

• Provides courteous customer service and explains recreation area rules to visitors.
• Registers campers, collects fees, and sells retail items.
• Operates a cash register and processes transactions; maintains logs and receipts.
• Monitors safety, cleanliness, and maintenance; reports hazards and property issues.
• Performs housekeeping and light maintenance in campgrounds and rental cabins.
• May assist with activity programs and occasional retail duties.
