Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a related field service or operations role.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
• CDL preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe and efficient field operations at well sites, job locations, and plant facilities.
• Ensure proper rig‑up and rig‑down of equipment in accordance with procedures.
• Participate in job risk analysis and promote a strong safety culture.
• Support learning and competency development to maintain proficiency.
• Mentor and assist team members as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer contacts to support service delivery.
• Identify and address operational issues to improve efficiency and service quality.
