Job summary

Anton Cabinetry in Texas is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the transformation of our engineering and design team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to a fast-paced commercial millwork operation.

You will standardize drawing practices, align the team on one workflow, coach engineers, and rebuild the rhythm between Engineering and Production to improve predictability and quality.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of commercial millwork, casework, or store fixture engineering experience
• Strong command of shop drawings, production drawings, CNC workflows, and millwork standards
• Experience leading engineering teams and building processes, not just following them

Responsibilities

• Standardize and elevate engineering output across shop and production drawings
• Coach, develop, and hold engineers accountable with clear performance and training plans
• Rebuild the rhythm between Engineering and Production to improve release predictability and reduce rework
• Lead by presence onsite; limited hybrid day for systems work
