Job summary

United Future is seeking a CAD Drafter to join our Elkton, MD team on a 6+ month contract. The role focuses on creating 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for product, tooling, and testing components and assemblies, with onsite work only and US citizenship required.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of CAD drafting and modeling experience, proficiency with NX CAD and Siemens Teamcenter, and comfort applying standard drafting practices. GD&T and ASME knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in CAD drafting and modeling.
• Experience with GD&T and ASME standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay out, draw and revise detailed part and assembly drawings to standard engineering practices.
• Use Siemens NX to create and modify designs and drawings.
