Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of consulting, operational leadership, business ownership, or executive management experience with a demonstrated history of delivering measurable business results.
• High proficiency in using financial data to drive operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable and sustainable client results reflected in improved profitability, cash flow, and operational performance.
• Assess operations and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and organizational structure.
• Develop, implement, train, and evaluate solutions addressing client challenges and driving improvements.
• Lead engagements from implementation to measurable outcomes and maintain client relationships.
• Coach owners and leadership through organizational change while building accountability.
• Document activities, recommendations, progress, and outcomes accurately.
