Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED).
• Two (2) years of professional carpentry experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License. Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned carpentry maintenance and repair tasks with quality workmanship.
• Develops a plan or layout from blueprint or schematic and installs materials as required.
• Performs skilled carpentry work in construction, maintenance, repair, remodeling and alteration of spaces.
• Restores offices and facilities to original condition after completing work.
