Job summary

Nonsense is hiring an Entry Level Events Assistant for an onsite role focused on event marketing promotions in Orlando, FL. You will help build brand awareness, receive paid training, and work across departments to identify what makes us unique and how to communicate it to customers.

You’ll uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative campaigns to drive sales, customer experience, and growth, with opportunities to lead brand initiatives and improve company reputation.

Qualifications

• Ability to receive training and coaching in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Strong fieldwork and in-person interaction skills

Responsibilities

• Increase sales with strategic brand positioning and territory management
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission through public speaking and one-on-one presentations
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Lead a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
