Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience troubleshooting repairs/preventative maintenance on commercial BC/HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of computer operation for use on energy management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair Boiler-Chiller equipment.
• Be available during emergencies or weather-related delays.
• Work scheduled and unscheduled hours as emergency needs arise.
