Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Construction Scheduler to work with a key biotechnology client on a large‑scale facilities expansion program in South San Francisco. The role will act as a Scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a major biotechnology client’s portfolio, which includes approximately 20 active projects overseen by 6 Project Managers. You will provide expert scheduling guidance to Project Managers, ensure vendor schedules are thoroughly quality‑checked, approve schedule‑related change orders, and monitor the overall health of the portfolio. The Portfolio/Project Scheduler will also collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop and manage integrated project schedules, participate in OAC (Owner‑Architect‑Contractor) meetings and schedule reviews, perform quality checks on vendor schedules, conduct site visits as needed, and generate schedule reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail.
*Onsite / in‑office work is required. This is not a remote role.
$140,000 - $160,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
