Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks experienced Construction Project Managers for a confidential BioPharma manufacturing facility project in Houston, TX. Roles are onsite, leading multi-discipline teams with GMP, cleanroom, and process systems expertise.

Responsibilities include defining scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and project milestones throughout commissioning and validation. Local candidates or relocation/per diem options available.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction or project management on large-scale capital projects.
• 5+ years in BioPharma, Life Sciences, or regulated construction.
• Experience in GMP environments with commissioning, qualification, and validation.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom construction, process systems, and facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and contractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory milestones are met.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies; manage change control.
• Coordinate commissioning and operational qualification phases; ensure turnover and validation activities meet requirements.
