Job summary

Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events. Staff can assign themselves to events via our scheduling system and receive pre-event training on LES protocols.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, biometric screenings (BP, BMI, body fat), COVID-19 PCR and antigen testing, specimen handling, accurate record-keeping, and delivering excellent customer service while protecting participant privacy.

Qualifications

• Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.)
• Minimum of 1-year experience performing venipuncture blood draws
• Minimum of 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months
• Proficient taking blood pressure
• Knowledge of HIPPA and OSHA
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tablet and computer skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Venipuncture: Perform venipuncture blood draws
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Conduct participant biometric screenings (BP, body fat)
• Ensure participant information and screening results are accurately captured
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy
• Administrative duties as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Biometric Screener: Conduct screenings (fingerstick, BP, BMI, body fat)
• Perform COVID-19 tests and temperature checks
• Ensure data accuracy and privacy
• Administrative duties as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
