Job summary

Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events. Staff can assign themselves to events via our scheduling system and receive pre-event training on LES protocols. Responsibilities include venipuncture, biometric screenings, COVID-19 testing, and temperature checks.

Qualifications

• Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.)
• Minimum of 1-year experience performing venipuncture blood draws
• Minimum of 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months
• Proficient taking blood pressure
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture blood draws
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Conduct participant biometric screenings including blood pressure and body fat analysis
• Ensure participant information and all screening results are accurately captured
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
• Conduct COVID-19 PCR testing and exposure screening as required
• Operate and maintain consent and scheduling processes for events
