Job summary

SOKOL GxP Services in Devens, MA is seeking a junior process operator to support daily GMP manufacturing tasks in a 12-hour rotating shift. This onsite role demands accuracy and teamwork to ensure compliant operations.

You will operate specified control systems, prepare buffers and reagents, clean equipment, and maintain manufacturing areas while documenting activities and adhering to batch records and SOPs. This contract runs for 6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of process operations experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Experience following and documenting written instructions.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and batch records.
• Ability to maintain compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture.
• Ability to work the required rotating shift and overtime when required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
