Job summary

Audio Enhancement in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead on-site AV and networking projects. You will coordinate timelines, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful installation and commissioning with thorough QC checks.

The role requires strong project management, team leadership, and customer service skills, plus willingness to travel overnight up to 75% and work longer hours during the school year. Excellent organizational reporting is essential.

Qualifications

On-site project management experience preferred.
Experience with project management processes and documentation.
Experience leading a team and coordinating multiple resources.
Experience with A/V and Networking systems.
Customer service experience is a must.
IT coursework or background preferred.
Strong organizational skills and reporting abilities.
Willing to work long hours and swing shifts during the school year.
Willing to travel overnight ~75%.

Responsibilities

Determine project timelines and schedules with stakeholders.
Conduct onsite walkthroughs, calls, and meetings; perform onsite QC checks.
Schedule implementation milestones with internal/external resources.
Oversee installation and commissioning processes.
Communicate progress to stakeholders throughout the project.
Coordinate with design, permitting, installs, and contractor teams through project completion.
Create project closeout documents (as-builts, O&M, warranties).
