Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Resident Supplier Quality Representative to support an automotive manufacturing facility in Normal, IL. Qualifications

• Experience in automotive manufacturing or related production environment.
• Quality, inspection, supplier quality, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow quality standards and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support quality activities at the manufacturing facility.
• Inspect automotive parts for appearance, fit, finish, and overall quality.
• Work with production and supplier teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Investigate defects and support corrective actions.
• Communicate quality concerns and provide updates to customers and suppliers.
• Participate in product inspections, audits, and production support activities.
• Coordinate sorting, containment, and rework activities as needed.
• Assist with new product launches and engineering changes.
• Help identify opportunities to improve quality and manufacturing processes.
