Job summary

Aequor in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Process Development Associate Scientist to support analytical method development for late-stage protein therapies, onsite 8-5 local hours.

You will analyze samples by capillary electrophoresis and HPLC/UPLC, troubleshoot instruments, document results in electronic notebooks, author protocols and reports, and assist with regulatory filings as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 2 years of scientific/pharmaceutical experience or a Bachelor's with 4 years of experience.
• Experience supporting analytical method development and characterization of protein-based biologics.

Responsibilities

• Support development, optimization and troubleshooting of analytical methods.
• Analyze late-stage protein therapies using capillary electrophoresis, LC and compendial methods.
• Document data in electronic notebooks, author technical protocols and reports.
• Present results at team meetings and assist with regulatory filings as needed.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HPLC/UPLC instruments and use Empower software.
