Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project management teams on capital project delivery. This on-site role requires regular oversight of ongoing construction projects at the West Point, PA campuses.

You will assist with budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk, and collaborate directly with clients to define project requirements, scopes, and milestones. Strong MS Office and project document reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting capital projects in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or regulated industries is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Previous AEC/construction project management experience is preferred.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and understand leases/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk management for projects.
• Read, understand and apply standard project documents (agreements, leases, charters, drawings).
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements; prepare scopes, budgets, plans and milestones.
• Support commissioning and startup activities aligned with milestones.
• Lead smaller project delivery resources/teams and provide mentorship to achieve goals.
• Maintain clear communication plans and regular project meetings.
