Job summary

CBRE in West Point, PA is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist project management teams on capital project delivery for clients, with accountability for delivery. This onsite role requires working on site five days a week.

You will support budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk management across construction, occupancy and closeout, read contracts and drawings, coordinate with clients, and help prepare scopes of work, budgets, milestones and change requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting capital projects in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Project helpful.
  • AEC experience in construction project management or owner's rep for commercial projects.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and understand leases and contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

  • Assist managers in budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for projects.
  • Read and apply standard documents affecting projects (contracts, leases, charters).
  • Collaborate with client to define project requirements and prepare scopes, budgets, schedules.
  • Support commissioning and startup activities aligned with milestones.
  • Identify resources, conduct simple RFPs and bid analysis.
  • Facilitate meetings and communicate status and changes.
  • Lead small project delivery teams when assigned.
