Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required.
• 3–5 years electrical construction experience or equivalent.
• Experience with software-based estimating, accounting, scheduling, and project management systems; Accubid preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project scopes, coordinating resources, schedules, and subcontractor activities to support successful project execution and financial performance.
• Coordinate and prioritize project activities to maintain schedules and address project issues, elevating matters as needed.
• Prepare and evaluate change order estimates and support project cost management by analyzing budget impacts.
• Attend in-person and virtual client and field meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate project management activities including schedule tracking, documentation management, and project communications.
• Monitor and analyze project progress and financial performance to support informed decisions.
