Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the submittal and RFI processes for timely documentation.
• Maintain and update construction documents in Procore.
• Monitor material procurement schedules with the Superintendent.
• Support the Project Manager with financial oversight of subcontractors.
• Record and distribute minutes for various project meetings.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
• Manage the project closeout process effectively.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
