Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience including scheduling, ordering, supervision, quality control.
• Thorough knowledge of all trades in residential construction.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of BuildPro is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs in process and at completion to ensure workmanship and safety.
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors and laborers.
• Obtain permits and order building materials.
• Schedule building inspections and pre-settlement inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
