The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field and 2+ years of professional experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates should be able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal Architectural Consultant to develop and refine architectural designs.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Assist in conceptual design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and evaluations to support project requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors as needed.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions throughout all phases of the design process.
• Participate in project meetings, contribute ideas, and integrate feedback.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay updated on design trends, local codes, and sustainable building practices.
