Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Graphic Designer – Apparel & Product Design to join onsite in St. Paul, MN. You will develop graphic designs, product mockups, and renderings for premium apparel and merchandise, and adapt logos and embellishments for various apparel products.

You will collaborate with product development and creative teams to translate concepts into production-ready artwork, maintain brand consistency, and manage multiple design projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
• Experience creating mockups, renderings, logo treatments, or graphics for physical products.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding artwork sizing, placement, and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in St. Paul, MN.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphic designs, product mockups, and renderings for premium apparel and merchandise.
• Create and adapt logos, graphics, and embellishments for application across a variety of apparel products.
• Prepare accurate artwork specifications, including logo sizing, placement, proportions, and color.
• Collaborate with product development and creative teams to translate design concepts into visual representations.
• Adapt existing artwork and brand assets for different products, decoration methods, and production requirements.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all product graphics and design deliverables.
• Make revisions based on internal feedback, product specifications, and production considerations.
• Organize and maintain creative files and artwork throughout the product development process.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.
