Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) seeks a reliable Maintenance/Janitorial team member for its Raleigh-area multi-family properties. This role helps maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and common areas to preserve cleanliness, appearance and curb appeal.

You will follow the Turnover Checklist, operate hand and power tools, handle basic repairs, perform routine cleaning, and assist with safety and training requirements across locations in Chapel Hill,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Janitorial and/or grounds experience preferred.
• Must consent to work with regulated chemicals and/or materials and/or substances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, hallways, leasing office, clubhouse, model apartments, fitness center and restrooms.
• Maintain condition of company vehicle and golf carts, including service checks and washing.
• Complete work orders using Servus Connect ticket system.
• Maintain curb appeal using power blower, pressure washer and other tools.
• Perform tasks on Turnover Checklist and Ready for Approval form (GSC Form #905).
• Available for inclement weather maintenance, before, during and after.
