Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Scientist to perform routine to complex sample analysis in a fully onsite role at South SF, CA. You will develop methods, troubleshoot instruments, and ensure data quality in GMP/GLP compliant workflows.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in lab sciences and have 2–4 years’ relevant experience, with proficiency in LC-MS/HPLC techniques and strong data documentation skills. This position offers a competitive benefits package and on-site work in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field.
• Experience in analytical methods and regulatory guidelines (GMP/GLP).
• Ability to document experiments clearly and communicate progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex sample preparation and analysis for pharma/biopharma compounds.
• Develop analytical methods and troubleshoot instruments as needed.
• Review data against SOPs and product specifications, preparing reports.
• Train others on instrument operation and GMP/GLP compliance.
• Communicate project status to the project leader and collaborators.
